'It's Always Sunny' tour to visit Pittsburgh

sunnyThe Sunny Challenge from FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" (returning with new episodes Oct. 11) will stop in Pittsburgh on Sunday, Aug. 5, 12-4 p.m., at McFadden's, 211 North Shore Dr., on the North Shore.

Fans can participate in games inspired by the comedy series, including Mac’s Lucky Hockey Puck Shot, Jersey Shore Dunk Tank, Charlie’s Garbage Dive, Frank’s Rum Ham Toss and Dennis’ Speedo Relay Race. Participants must be 21 and have a government issued ID.

The first 400 participants in attendance will receive an exclusive T-shirt, 2 Coors Light bottles and a hot dog.

Fans of the hit series “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” will have the chance to
compete in the inaugural staging of The Sunny Challenge.
Have you ever wondered how far you can toss a ham? Or how fast you can
run in a pair of Speedos? Wonder no more! The Sunny Challenge, inspired by the exploits and misadventures
of your favorite characters from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, is a day of offbeat games, cold beverages,
snacks and overall frivolity - or a less fancy word meaning fun!
Games will include Mac’s Lucky Hockey Puck Shot, Jersey Shore Dunk Tank, Charlie’s Garbage Dive, Frank’s Rum Ham
Toss and Dennis’ Speedo Relay Race. And receive a limited edition Sunny Challenge t-shirt.

October 11 only on FX. The series stars Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton, Charlie Day, Kaitlin Olson and Danny DeVito as
the self-centered owners of Paddy’s Pub in Philadelphia who will do just about anything, no matter how reprehensible, in
attempt to better their own situation. The series was created by McElhenney and is executive produced by McElhenney,
Day, Howerton, Michael Rotenberg and Nick Frenkel. The series is produced by FX productions.
