An ABC Family spokeswoman confirmed plans for the production, which will be directed by Sanaa Hamri ("Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2") and produced by Debra Martin Chase (Disney Channel's "Lemonade Mouth," "Cheetah Girls").

The movie has the working title "Elixir" but that won't be its title when it airs, according to the network spokeswoman. The plot centers on a woman who drinks an elixir that "shaves decades off of her life," allowing her to attend her daughter's wedding in disguise, according to a description in The Hollywood Reporter.

No casting for the film has been announced.
