A new trailer was released by Sega today to build excitement for bonus content in “Alien: Isolation.” Members of the original cast including Sigourney Weaver, Tom Skerritt, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton and Yaphet Kotto will reprise their roles from the original film for the game.

Judging from the trailer, the cast seems enthusiastic about working on the project.

“What I think is so exciting about making a game for people is you are able to put the spectator in this world,” Sigourney Weaver said about the project. “[The developers] aren’t film directors, but they know what we all want and that’s to be immersed in this world.”

The cast will appear in the pre-order bonus missions “Crew Expendable” and “Last Survivor.” Pre-ordering the game will unlock both missions.

This first-person survival horror game looks to revive the terror of the “Alien” franchise in game form. Previous games in the series have focused on action, but “Alien: Isolation” intends to bring the series back to its horror roots.

“Alien: Isolation” will release October 7 for Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Check out the trailer below.
